    Your COMMERCE & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

 

HOUSE BILL 298

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. On page 1, lines 24 and 25, strike "or qualified new rail infrastructure expenditures".

 

     2. On page 2, strike lines 14 through 16 and strike line 17 through the comma and insert in lieu thereof "; provided that".

 

     3. On page 2, line 21, strike "; and" and strike lines 22 through 25 and insert in lieu thereof a period.

 

     4. On page 3, lines 5 and 6, strike "or qualified new rail infrastructure expenditures" and on lines 10 and 11, strike "or qualified new rail infrastructure expenditures".

 

     5. On page 3, line 18, strike "six million dollars ($6,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one million dollars ($1,000,000)".

 

     6. On page 5, strike lines 24 and 25 and on page 6, strike lines 1 through 5.

 

     7. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.,

 

and thence referred to the TAXATION & REVENUE COMMITTEE.
